What is the Hospitality Operations Diploma?
The Hospitality Operations Diploma is an applied 8-course program that develops industry-specific skills across computer applications, front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, finance, marketing, and sales — preparing students for varied roles in Vancouver's hospitality industry over 512 contact hours.
On completion, graduates may step directly into work, continue into MCC's Global Management in Hospitality diploma to deepen their management training, or transfer credits toward a UCW Bachelor of Commerce.

Admission Requirements
How to qualify
Meet the academic minimum, then satisfy any one of the language options below.
Academic
- Completion of high school, or
- Mature student status (18 years or older)
English Language (any one)
- IELTS-A 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.0 (or equivalent TOEFL / CAEL)
- Pass MCC's Language Proficiency Test (70%)
- Completion of MCC's Business Communication program

- $200 CAD application fee (domestic & international)
- Apply at least 4 weeks before your intended start
- Late admissions may be possible based on intake
