The International Esports Management (IEM) Diploma is the first business management program in Canada built specifically around the esports context. The 60-credit curriculum trains students in the history, development, and conceptual business management of organizations across the booming esports industry — from event operations and team management to broadcast, sponsorship, and digital marketing.
Graduates can step directly into the industry or accelerate into a Bachelor of Commerce at University Canada West (UCW), with all 60 credits transferring into Year 3 of the BCom under an established pathway agreement.

All MCC IEM coursework counts toward your UCW Bachelor of Commerce — no credits lost, no courses repeated.
Complete the remaining Year 3 and Year 4 coursework at UCW in as little as 15 months. Minimum 2.0 GPA required for transfer.
Qualified graduates may take direct entry into the UCW MBA program. BCom graduates also qualify for a 3-year Post-Graduation Open Work Permit in Canada.
